Reminder to update home network devices

update home network devices

I have read a lot of hacker news lately and the most recent AMD processor flaw reminded me that it’s time to check for updates on all of your network-connected devices at home. This should include everything on the network such as computers BIOS, TVs, cameras, doorbells, wireless access points, printers, routers, game consoles, etc. Everything that connects to the network should be checked to see if updates are available.

With most of us working from home, keeping your home network secure and up to date helps Mainstream be more secure.
